Affrontare la passività : Durante la formazione, il metodo per trasferire le conoscenze è dall’alto verso il basso, tra uno studente attivo e uno studente passivo. In queste condizioni, è difficile ottenere supporto.

Avvicinarsi alle reali problematiche : è una vera sfida fare formazione in aula poiché comporta molte risorse didattiche o strumenti di simulazione costosi e non molto dinamici. Invece, fare formazione sul campo, è più efficace perché siamo a pochi passi di distanza da ogni lavoratore….

Lo scritto limita l’assimilazione : procedure, modalità operative, istruzioni, materiale di formazione hanno tutti una caratteristica comune: la sceneggiatura. Devi leggere e leggere bene; questo è aggravato dal crescente uso di più lingue specifico con terminologie complesse.

Scarsa documentazione : display statici, slide, tabelle excell, immagini di scarsa qualità, uso di video standard non riconducibili all’ambiente di lavoro del partecipante

Abbiamo trattato tutti questi documenti che sono normalmente sarebbero complessi da leggere e da memorizzare. Naturalmente, sto compiendo sforzi per renderli più efficienti ed utili; la tecnologia digitale ha reso ne ha reso più semplice l’utilizzo attraverso foto e brevi video realizzati sul campo.
